How Time Table Management System works?

    • Firstly , the students should register their biometric data ( eg. Fingerprint ) The system will capture and securely store their biometric information in the TTM database.
    • Once the biometric information is enrolled, students can use the biometric verification process for attendance.
    • At the beginning /end of each period / hour students need to present their registered biometrics at the designated verification terminal.
    • As students verify their biometrics, the system records their attendance in real-time.The management and parents can access attendance data, knowing when the students are present or absent.
    • In case of any absence, the system automatically sends SMS notifications to the respective parents or guardians, informing them about the student’s absence for each hour /period.
