Textiles RFID Shielding Box

Overview

RFID tags and antenna that transmit a unique signal when scanned by an RFID reader. When the garments are placed in the shielding box, the reader attached to the box detects the signals from each item's tags and utilises this information to calculate the approximate quantity of each item. The system provides an alert to staff if the number of a specific item exceeds a specified limit. This type of system can considerably increase the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management by eliminating the need for manual counting and lowering the chance of human error. It can also provide real-time inventory information, allowing staff to respond to changes in demand or stock levels quickly.
