RFID Staff Station
The RFID Staff Station is an elegant desktop station that automates the process of issue/return of the books and keeps record of transactions on a real-time basis and enables librarians to quickly and efficiently process the circulation of library items. When a stack of tagged items are placed over a station, they are immediately identified, processed by the LMS (Library Management System), and EAS bit (Security bit) of book label is quickly reset in a single operation. The system also helps in keeping accurate circulation/inventory reports.

RFID Tags:
RFID tags are paper thin label, Placed inconspicuously on the inside cover of each book in a library collection, It Consists of an antenna and a tiny chip which stores vital item information including a unique ID number, Provides identification and security in a single tag, Password protected anti-theft security bit specially designed for assets like Files , Books Etc.,
Anti-Theft Sticker:
It is used for concealing / preventing tampering of RFID Label and will protect RFID Chip inside of the book .It has pre-printed institute logo and information. With Anti-theft stickers, RFID tag will not be damaged easily and it works long term. As the ATS have very good gumming power, it becomes very difficult to peel off. Which again acts as a protection to the RFID tag. Custom designed content can also be printed on the sticker.

Hybrid RFID EM Solutions
Electromagnetic is the high level security functionality system. The EM tag has to be fixed in spin of the books. This EM technology can act as anti-theft for the books.The 2Cqr Hybrid EM/RFID Premium system reduces unauthorized removal of library items by detecting EM tags and RFID labels in any orientation. The security panels can also be integrated with cctv or door lock. The tag will invisible can’t able to find by the student. It will fix in the book of the spin. Self Service Kiosk
Self service kiosk Makes Borrowing & Returning Simple and used for Issue, Return and renewal of the library books and this kiosk is transformative for efficiency, organisation, engagement and productivity. It can be integrated with smartcard, barcode or biometric. Self service can provide acknowledgement for every transaction in the form of receipt, email and or SMS. We provide self-service in custom design as well to suit the library architecture. All the functionalities of kiosk are developed and tested with koha. Our self service software can be integrated through SIP2, NCIP and web services. Enabled with anti-collision algorithm that does not limit the number of tags which can be simultaneously identified.
Book Dropbox
2cqr provides book drop systems for library automation which can ease the transactional burden on the circulation desks. At the same time it also saves time for the Patrons who just need to return a particular item. They don't need to stand in the long queues at the circulation desks just to return the item. Further they can also return the items as per their ease. Book Drop box can give 24/7 access for students to return the book. This can be utilized even when the library is closed. Students can drop the books from outside the library and it gets collected and stored in the book bin. Dropbox can also be placed inside the library. Receipt, Email or SMS can be provided on return of the book. There are many options available with the software, like how to act if the book is over-due.
Entry Exit System
The RFID system automates the process of issue/return of the books and keeps record of transactions on a real-time basis. The system also helps in keeping accurate circulation/inventory reports.
Koha
Koha is a fully featured, scalable library management system, 2cqr does Koha installation, configuration, data migration and customizing along with complete hands on training on the usage. We also help to cataloguing the books into koha. Koha has most of the features that would be expected in an ILS. Koha is entirely web-based for both staff and public functions. Koha supports large data sets (tens of millions of records) and includes support for SRU, Z39.50 and several query languages.
Biometric Access Control System
2CQR’s biometrics/face recognition system is integrated to the library system. Once this system is implemented, library can automatically allow only the registered user to enter the library. Any one who is not registered can only enter when any staff permits. Apart from authenticating, this system can also register attendance. Integrated with library software, our system can provide you various useful reports. It can also be integrated with access control solutions like Biometric, fingerprint or Access card systems to become proof of attendance and to check the authorized entrants. By taking note of authorized IN/OUT monitoring and prohibiting unauthorized entries, our entry & exit system provides solid security to your premises.
Barcoding Solutions
A barcode or bar code is a method of representing data in a visual, machine-readable form, it is a square or rectangular image consisting of a series of parallel black lines and white spaces of varying widths that can be read by a scanner. Though RFID is more effective for library, 2CQR does offer barcoding solution too. For some libraries, RFID can be too expensive. And for some libraries using RFID, you might still want to continue with barcoding. We provide full range of products on barcoding.

Smartcards & RFID Card Reader
A RFID, smart card, also called a chip card or an integrated circuit (ICC or IC card), is a small (typically a wallet-sized) plastic card with an embedded chip that connects with the security device that requires the cardholder's verification of authenticity. Whereas the RFID reader is a network-connected device that can be portable or permanently attached. It uses radio waves to transmit signals that activate the tag. Once activated, the tag sends a wave back to the antenna, where it is translated into data. RFID smart cards are used for the students as ID cards. And are used to access, attendance, transport, mess and track student easily. With advanced encrypted smart card, it can also be used as cashless card. This can be implemented for library fines or across the campus. 2CQR has various customers using this solution for canteen, etc.

DSpace is an application that allows you to capture, store, index, preserve and distribute your digital material including text, video, audio and data. DSpace provides a way to manage your materials and publications in a professionally maintained repository to give them greater visibility and accessibility over time. 2cqr offers dspace installation and configuration along with complete hands on training on the usage.
