RFID Supply Chain Management
RFID Supply Chain Management
Our RFID supply chain solutions are trusted by industries for improving supply chain visibility, automating material movement, and achieving real time tracking from production to delivery.
Hello! Wish to Know about our RFID Automation Process?
- Managing products across manufacturing units, warehouses, transport, and delivery locations becomes difficult when businesses depend on manual records, barcode scanning, or disconnected systems. Delays in tracking, shipment errors, missing goods, and lack of visibility can directly impact operations and customer satisfaction.
- 2cqr’s RFID Supply Chain Management System helps organizations automate product tracking across the complete supply chain lifecycle , from production tracking and warehouse movement to outbound dispatch, logistics monitoring, inbound receiving, and delivery.
Key Challenges in Supply Chain Management
- Lack of real time supply chain visibility
- Errors during manual inbound and outbound tracking
- Delays in shipment verification and dispatch processes
- Inaccurate stock records during transit
- Time consuming inventory audits and reconciliation
- Product loss, misplacement, or shipment mismatch
- No centralized tracking from production to delivery
How RFID Based Supply Chain Management Works
Each product, carton, pallet, or shipment is attached with an RFID tag containing a unique identification number. During production, RFID tags are encoded and linked with the product information. Fixed RFID readers installed at production units, warehouse gates, dock doors, and dispatch points automatically capture product movement in real time without manual scanning.
When goods are dispatched from the manufacturing facility, the RFID outbound system (Fixed Readers at Exit/ dispatch point ) automatically records shipment details. At the destination warehouse/ distribution center or delivery location, fixed RFID readers automatically capture inbound goods information as soon as the shipment arrives.
Handheld RFID readers and RFID tunnels can also be used for shipment verification, inventory audits, and product tracking across the supply chain. Handheld RFID readers help staff quickly scan and validate the shipment products, while RFID tunnels enable automatic bulk scanning and verification of cartons, boxes, and tagged products moving through packing and dispatch conveyor systems.
All product movements are updated in the RFID supply chain management software in real time, providing complete visibility across production, logistics, warehousing, and delivery operations.
