RFID Based Warehouse Management System

RFID Warehouse Management System

Our solutions are trusted by institutions across multiple campuses, helping libraries achieve accuracy, efficiency, and complete visibility.

Hello! Wish to Know about our RFID Automation Process?

  • Managing goods inside a warehouse involves receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching large volumes of stock every day. Manual tracking makes it difficult to maintain accuracy, prevent losses, and ensure smooth operations.
  • 2cqr’s RFID based Warehouse Management System helps warehouses track goods in real time, improve warehouse accuracy, and automate inbound, storage, and outbound operations.

Key Challenges in Inventory Management

  • Inaccurate stock and location records
  • Delays and errors during manual receiving and dispatch
  • Difficulty finding the exact location of goods inside the warehouse
  • Time consuming audits and stock reconciliation
  • No real time visibility of stock movement

How RFID Based Warehouse Management Works

Each carton, pallet, or item is fitted with an RFID tag that carries a unique identification number. Fixed RFID readers placed at dock doors and entry or exit points automatically capture goods movement when items move in or out of the warehouse. Handheld RFID readers are used by staff to find items, verify stock, and perform audits inside the warehouse. All stock movements are updated in the system in real time.
