Jewellery RFID Printer

Overview

The CQR-PT printer has the capacity to print the data and also write the data directly into the RFID chip. 2CQR RFID Printer is able to print more than 10,000 tags in a single day. Printing at a high-performance level with a resolution of 300 dpi. 2CQR RFID Printer is able to print any RFID labels that are required. 2CQR RFID Printer encodes the data and slim defined RFID tags. The printed tag is fed with complete information of jewel and it can be tracked from any of the device in the store. 2CQR RFID Printer 865-868 MHz supports ISO 18000-6C. To interface with the current ERP system, a PRN file will be given. 2CQR RFID Printer is compliant with international standards and procedures. The jewellery store employees utilise software to develop and print RFID labels specifying product ID, price, and weight.

Features:

Encoding RFID Labels: RFID printers encode RFID labels using electromagnetic waves to store information in the tag’s memory.

Attaching RFID labels: Jewellery is given a unique identify by attaching encoded RFID labels.

Inventory management: The jewellery business may track its inventory in real time using RFID technology.

Monitoring and security: The RFID device can track jewellery movement in the shop and warn if an item is taken without permission.

Data analysis: The RFID system’s data helps enhance inventory management and uncover jewellery sales and movement trends.

Label printing & Data encoding at the same time: RFID printers print labels and encode RFID tags simultaneously. The RFID tag may be encoded with the relevant information and then printed with a label providing that information, improving the method. Simultaneous printing and encoding can save time and enhance accuracy.

Auto calibration functionality: The auto calibration feature aligns the RFID antenna and printing mechanism to appropriately locate the RFID tag for encoding and print the label. This reduces misprints and encoding mistakes and assures high-quality RFID tags.

High-resolution printing with 300 dpi: High-resolution printing using a 300 dpi RFID printer is excellent for printing product labels, packaging labels, and asset tags. The RFID labels can look professional and assist inventory management due to the excellent print resolution.

Customized designing: Customization choices include label size, shape, font, colour, and images or barcodes. Customization can be adapted to the application. RFID label design and encoding software comes with RFID machines. The software may also track and manage inventories, delivering real-time location and status data.
