Hello! Wish to Know about our RFID Automation Process?
- Managing inventory across stores, warehouses, and departments is a daily challenge for many businesses. Manual inventory tracking is slow and prone to errors, often leading to stock mismatches, stockouts, or excess inventory.
- 2cqr’s RFID based Inventory Management System enables businesses to track inventory in real time, improve stock accuracy, and streamline inventory operations across all locations.
Key Challenges in Inventory Management
- Inaccurate stock records and mismatches
- Time consuming manual stock counts
- Stockouts and overstocking issues
- Errors in stock receiving and dispatch
- No real time visibility of inventory levels
How RFID Based Inventory Management Works
Each stock item or carton is attached with an RFID tag that contains a unique identification number. RFID readers (Fixed /Handheld) detect these tags automatically and update stock movement in the system. This allows the organisation to know exactly what stock is available, what is moving, and what needs replenishment without manual counting.
